Re: Dual Xeon
I had a dual PIII (933mhz) board a while ago which originally had a single
I bought a second CPU (same speed), but at that time was unaware of
'stepping' on CPU's.
Had nothing but problems - system hanging, bsod's. I eventually got a second
CPU with same stepping and it worked a treat.
I would assume Xeon's may have same problems.
On my system, I didn't notice much difference in speed apart when using
Microsoft Flight Sim and even then it was only s slight increase.
