The datasheet above says IA32, so your processor is a 32 bit processor.
If I look at a Core2 Duo and its characteristics, it lists
"Intel EM64T", which is what you'd want for a 64 bit instruction
set. This is a datasheet for a Core2 Duo.
"Intel Extended Memory 64 Technology (Intel EM64T) â€” An enhancement
to Intel's IA-32 architecture, allowing the processor to execute
operating systems and applications written to take advantage of
Intel EM64T. Further details on EM64T architecture and programming
