Can anyone suggest a device that takes phone line input, and sends it over
Ethernet to a given IP address where it gets recorded on a HD. That would
basically be a VoIP recorder. (I imagine, it would need a software component
as well on the computer end, which would perform actual recording on a HD.)
Can I utilize any wide-spread VoIP hardware/software, or are there some
specialized devices for that purpose? (If there is such an animal at all!)
Please note that I can't record directly on computer (which would really be
a no-brainer), I do need to send the voice over Ethernet first.
Thank you in advance!
