I thought their warranty service was good up until now.
I am into my 34 month of the 36 month warranty and on the 4th replacement
monitor, now awaiting the 5th. The monitors have failed either mechanically
(stand) or now electronically (panel). Sam is now playing VERY hard to get.
Saying they have not received my letters and programming swap outs that
Made a call last night and yet again complained as its been 5 weeks since I
last asked them to sort out the latest duff monitor. Nice as pie on the
phone and yes sir no sir but that's where it ends.
I am going elsewhere soon once the 5th monitor is in place and the 3 years

I got the call yesterday (Tuesday), Its Samsung support here, can we deliver
your swap out monitor tomorrow (Wednesday) No thanks, I said can you make it
Friday 13th cos I am at home to receive it...OK Friday the 13th between 9am
and 6pm it is.
I arrive home today (Wednesday) to find a card on the mat DPD Swap It Parcel
called but you were out...wtf system are they running at Samsung.
