These posts are very strange.  What's up with you two?

The posts were made some time ago using a web "forum", that
is getting re-propagated to usenet every few days.  If you're
using leafnode adding the following line to filters kills them
^Organization:.*ComputerBanter\.com

If you are not running your own local server, just filter anything
with ComputerBanter.com in the Organization: header as spam.

OK, I get it :-) I visited the originating site, and a
spam link at the bottom of the Sachin Mishra posting is being
filtered off, before the post gets to USENET. That is why the
post looks pointless to us. The "payload" isn't making it
to USENET. A user who uses the computerbanter site as their
primary leech site, would be reading the spammed link. But
we can't see it. Which makes this "Batman and Robin" routine
seem so pointless.

http://www.computerbanter.com/showthread.php?t=157812

The James Taylor posting in answer, also has the same "payload"
in its signature. Thanks to leech sites filtering their
sig section for crap like this, at least we're spared
reading the URL they want us to see.

The "payload" is not making it to Google either (since the sig
is filtered by the computerbanter site itself), so their spamming
is largely a giant "fail". Only if a search engine happened to
index the computerbanter site, would the payload be indexed. And
as long as not a lot of people refer to computerbanter with links
or URLs, they aren't likely to get their relevance boosted. So this
spam campaign is just a waste of money for the company paying for
the bombing run. The only person profiting, is the individual who
owns the "Sachin" and "James Taylor" accounts. I'm guessing he/she/it
make $0.05, every time they do this.

Note the dates in the forum are from last Sept. and Nov.  I don't
think they are being reposted to the forum.  I think it's just
broken software regurgitating the articles to usenet, probably
due to not handling a message number reset properly.

That's why I'm blocking everything with ComputerBanter.com in
the Organization: header, rather then just those two accounts.
