I have searching around the room, none of the answers seem right for
So here is the news:
My PC: core 2, vista ultimate,
01 ASUS DVDROM using IDE
cable set in Master
01 HP RW DVDROM using IDE cable set in Slave
(but the system
say both them using SCSI)
01 40G HHD SATA AHCI for operating system
01 160G HHD
SATA AHCI for data.
Problem: I start using Daemon Tools to create 01 virtual
DVD, and it
has the same _-target_ID_0,_Bus_Number_0,_LUN_0-_, like the ASUS
(to me, this is the problem because the two device have the same ID, but
I am not sure)
So the ASUS DVDROM displayed as CDROM and cannot access to.
seems to me this is a driver problem but the "Device Manager" tell
in windows XP, it is ok, I can use ASUS DVDROM, not on vista.
Anyone knowledgeable, pls give me the solutions.
THANKS A MILLION TIMES,
here is details.
