Normal wear and tear on the hard drives motors/spindle/platters/heads
does occur over time, and they are thinking of that, you wouldn't
want to throw out a drive because of 1 bad cluster, and they wouldn't
want to scrap every single one that came off the line with 1 lost
cluster or a few, it would amount to a few bytes maybe) I say if it
failing DON'T trust it...I've had too many bad times with failing
HD's in the past...I'm glad they make them alot better now.
