Supermicro X7QC3 - 16" x 14.3" motherboard - Quad 604-pin
I cannot find their CPU support chart, but I assume the following fits...
Stuff in four X7350 2.93GHz processors - they're $2300 apiece, 130W each.
They have the same "core stepping" (family code) as Q6600, so they
must be Core2 related.

Architecture diagram on PDF page 33.
So you can build a quad quad, but it won't be cheap.
Lots of room for memory.
