There is no major problem to my PC till yesterday when I cleaned the
Before cleaning the CPU fan I dismantled every thing, removed my fan
cleaned and replaced it. From here my trouble started.
After this when I switch on the system it came till "Loading" Screen
and the power goes off. No result after changing the slot of my ram or
changing the sata power cable of hard disk.
Some times it used to load the desktop and then power goes off. The
power is not stable.
I'm Not able to trace out the problem.
CAN ANY BODY HELP ME UP PLEASE.......
Re: Sudden Power Off
In taking off the "fan", did you also remove the heatsink block?
If you did, you may not have seated the heatsink properly. If the
top of the processor and the bottom of the heatsink are not
properly mated, the processor will heat up quickly after turning
on, causing crashes or worse.
Or you might have knocked some connection loose without realising
it. Double-check everything.

First do this:
Let the computercase be open so that you can see if the cpu-fan is
working while starting up the computer. Does it work? Fine!
If it works and stays working until the power goes off, a failing
cpu-fan abviously is not the cause.
Then *something* must have gone wrong by your dismantling
'everything'(what is everything?). So you will have to do all
necessary actions to unfasten the fan, take out the cpu, control if
all pins of the cpu are o.k., clean the cpu from its contactpaste,
apply new paste (just as much as necessary), carefully replace the cpu
and replace the cleaned cpu-fan.
Does it work right now?
