MB Replacement No Boot?

Do you have a question? Post it now! No Registration Necessary.  Now with pictures!

I have an Intel D865GVHZ Mother Board, 572 KB RAM, Intel Celeron CPU
3.06GHz that I purchased recently.  My former motherboard was an 800
MHZ AMD CPU on a VIA EP-7KXA+ Mother Board. I have a Trios (Romtec)
switch connected to 3 Western Digital hard drives.  I have Linux on a
40 GB, XP Pro on an 80 GB and Win Me on an 80 GB.  The system boot and
worked fine on all 3 drives.  After installing the Intel motherboard it
will not boot on either the XP or Linux disk.  It will boot on the Win
Me.  On booting the disk's light will come on and on the screen is
"Reboot and Select proper Boot device or insert Boot Media in Selected
Boot Device".  When I insert a live CD with Linux on it I can access
everything on both drives that will not boot.  I have done a repair
boot off the XP disk to no avail.  I am lost.  Does any one have any

Thank you.
