You want a Northwood by the sounds of things. You can find examples
of the right kind on this page, although their prices may not be competitive
with other sources. Of the top four items shown, one is for FSB400 motherboards,
two for FSB533, one for FSB800 motherboards. All four are Northwood with
512KB cache. So if all other sources dry up, this is an option.
The 865 is a FSB800 product. And in theory, it should be able to
handle a Prescott. In this table, you can see that there are different
revisions of board, so some support Prescott and some don't. If you
can figure out the revision info, maybe in fact you have more options.
The instructions on that page, say to check the "AA number", as depicted
in this image.
