Indeed it sounds very much like the power supply is not up to par.
On occasion a
bios setting can also cause a system reboot problem.
Though many motherboards
have virtually jumper free boards,when
They still have the
jumper to default the bios settings.
I would suggest that you disconnect all of
your power cords etc.from
open it up remove the system
battery,remove the boards bios jumper and
move it over.
for a few seconds move
the jumper back.
Reinstall the battery,hook everything back again.
Go into your
bios and change the settings appropriatly.
Many times if you set the pcu timings
to fast it wont boot correctly.
