I am running XP SP2.

I would like to monitor or obtain the percentage of resource
utilization as I use various software's on my machine.  Specifically,
the % or amount of usage of RAM, CPU, HDD cache, HDD, MOBO buffer
space, and so on.

Can somebody recommend one or more applications to do this?
Yes,  I find my machine bogging down as I use it, and I have to
re-boot to get it running fast again.

Re: How to monitor reseource usage?

Windows XP contains the tool you need.  Go to: Start,
Control Panel, Administrative Tools, and then Performance.  There you can
gather the data you need.
