with a couple of pc problems. We are making lots of good progress.
After we cleaned up things using HJT, AVG Anti-Spyware, and Super
Anti-Spyware, we went on to look at a memory dump problem. He asked me
to do a RAM stability test. I downloaded the test software, but I am
not sure how to check my available memory. Is it the numbers that I
found in the Windows Task Manager under the Performance tab?
Here is what I found there:
Total 1048048 K
Available 690788 K
System Cache 512528 K

and this test should run for at least a few hours, so I wanted to see
if I could get a jump on it. He wants me to test 50 percent of the
available memory, which looks to be about 350MB.
Am I correct?
