However it is hidden in CMOS setup. Besides flashing the BIOS with a new
image, is there a program that allows you to directly modify the CMOS?
Also, is it worth it to enable AGP FW anyway? I heard you must keep it
disabled to overclock the graphics card but I don't overclock my
graphics card. Is the performance gain significant enough?

No, the performance gain is so slight it's not worth the
See if you can determine which chipset register is involved
in setting fastwrites. That is, Google search for this
pertaining to your motherboard's chipset. If you can figure
out which register it is, a program like WPCREDIT might be
able to do it, but again it's not worth the bother really.
