laptop going to the router. The dsl light and power light on my modem stay
constant. However, the ethernet light constantly and rapidly flashes. I have
noticed a little speed decrease in my page loads. I am wondering if this
ethernet light is supposed to be constant also? Even when I do nothing on
the computers, the thing still blinks.
Re: Ethernet light on dsl modem constantly flashes, but internet works
activity. If it was steady on or completely off, then you would have an
issue. Thetre are also lights on most LAN cards that do the same thing.

in addition to that passing in and out both sides (to your
lan and out onto the wan, "internet-bound").
