Hi All,

Anyone know of a dual DVI output video card, that will fit a standard PCI
bus (not PCI-E)... ???

You've probably already checked, but newegg doesn't know of any:

Re: Dual DVI on a PCI Video Card

Is there enough Bandwith in PCI to actually handle DVI?

The two dont' necessarily have a  relation.
If a signal gets TO the PCI card, it is solely the PCI
card's abilities that determine output bandwidth.  There is
no higher bandwidth input whether output is analog or DVI,
it doesn't matter.  Because of this, it is entirely possible
for any particular PCI DVI card to be better than an AGP (or
PCI Express) card, if ignoring things that send huge amounts
of data for card processing, like 3D games.
