What exactly are you asking? Your system, perhaps minus
some hardware that may or may not have 64 bit drivers
available, can run a 64bit operating system, but that
doesn't necessarily mean the operating system you ar
running IS 64 bit instead of the more popular 32bit version
of (windows XP or Vista or Server or ??).
In other words:
1) Yes it's 64 bit capable.
2) It all depends on what software you install. If you
just reused a std Windows XP that is making it run in 32bit
