Some new PDA's have WiFi, Bluetooth and  telephone functions integrated.

Is it possible to use the telephone together with WiFi VoIP?
Is it possible to use the telephone functions with a Bluetooth profile to
access the build-in car telephone?

If so, what brands can do it?

You can use Skype (and I presume other other VoIP services as well) on a
WiFi (802.11b) - enabled phone that meets these specs:

Windows Mobile 2003 for Pocket PC
400 MHz processor

From what I know Nokia 9500 fits the bill.
