I 'd like to hear something about modeling the multi-lane road networks in
GIS, I heard ESRI arcgis has some complex class/model to represent a
junction with multi-lanes(not sure if this is true), but I 'd prefer to see
other simpler models in simpler implementations.

The intention is to build a interface/gis database for data storing and
visualizing for other traffic simulation softwares.

any tips?
thanks.
