I assume it's meant to run directly on the PPC- it's not an installer
file.

Hi, you mean that you believe the file I saved on my pc should be saved on
the phone and ran directly from the phone?

Exactly. Many small utilities that don't need to install extra files
or dlls to run are simply distributed as .exe files to run directly
on the device.
