Reenabled not enabled...

I have a script running that auto creates/disabled my user accounts
from our payroll system. I have an additional OU for other accounts.
I have one user that I moved from another OU into the payroll container
to be updated. It was disabled automatically as the user wasn't set up
in payroll yet. I reenabled and now I can't login to exchange with
this account? Event id 1022. I've tried giving Self the permissions
for associated external but no luck...

anyone have any ideas? Help help!

This question belongs to Exchange groups but this:

http://eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=1022&eventno=1038&source=MSExchangeIS%20Mailbox%20Store&phase=1

- gives you plently things to check and try. The recipient update service
approach looks the best to me.
