I think it means you have a problem with the "Caps Lock" key being stuck on.
For more/better help, repost in an appropriate forum, this newsgroup is for
Windows Media Center. When you do, you might want to post more information
(i.e., all web pages, did this just start, have you update/installed
anything lately, etc.)
