You might have a virus problem that modified your hosts file and redirects
you to a different location. You might have a problem with your cable/dsl
company blocking that address. Or you might have an IE problem.
I wouldn't advocate lowering your security just to access this web site.
Instead, try using Mozilla Firefox as your browser as it's generally safer
than Internet Explorer. You can get it from www.mozilla.com.
