Hi Vahid,

Unfortunately I can't decipher what the error code means. The only method
would be try and identify the mail item that is causing it since you
mentioned this happens only when trying to sync Inbox. This information
might help understand the meaning -

Hi

I have this problem also and still have no solution. I use Activesync 4.2,
Outlook 2003 and an SPV M5000. The problem occurred after installing Pocket
Informant and Flex mail trail software. All items will sync except for
calendar, which sticks. It will send items from my PC to the mobile but will
not send items from my mobile to my PC.

I cant believe that this error code has no solutions on Microsoft blogs or
help site.

I received this error when my storage card was not working as well as it
should have been. I have my Pocket Outlook store my mail and attachments
onto the storage card, and for some reason that folder was empty in File
Explorer. Upon a reboot, and re-insert of the memory card, I was able to see
the files in the folder and also sync correctly.

I have a HP rx1950 and i think i've found a solution.
I've deleted the folder that contains the e-mail attachments in the SD Card.
In the next sincronization appeared an error with my notes sincronization
that now I'm trying to resolve. But the famous 8503001C didn't appear
anymore!!!!

God bless you.
