Hi,

Can you provide some more details about the error.

* Are you syncing with Outlook or Exchange server?
* Does it throw any error message in addition to the error code?
* And when exactly does it occur? Any specific information type?

Hi Raj,

I work for a Software development firm and we keep getting the above error
all the time.

The Error does not seem to have a tracable approach, but it always happens
when the device has a collection of PIM Data as well as Emails with
attachments stored. The ActiveSync settings are basically the default, except
the Email settings:
There all the emails (no matter how old), the entire mails (not just
headers) and all attachments are to be saved on the PDA.

Restarting the PDA or the PC does not yield any different results at that
point. Reinstalling ActiveSync does seem to solve the problem.

My device is a HP hx2490

cheers
Vahid

Hi Vahid,

Which version of ActiveSync are you using? And are you syncing with Outlook
or MS Exchange server?

hi Raj,

We were using 4.0, but I uninstalled it and installed 4.2 from the Microsoft
Website, but the problem persisted.
I was syncing with Outlook (Tasks, Appointments, Emails, Contacts,
Favorites) and our own product (SafeGuard PDA)

what does the error code above mean? what does it point to?

best regards
Vahid
