I am getting error 86000108. I have spent the day on the phone with both
Verizon & Palm, neither were able to help. For 3 months or so I have been
using this device and it has been rock solid, now it's an expensive brick.

I have a Palm Treo 700w. I have upgraded to Activesync 4.2 at both of the
aboves suggestion. I have hard reset my phone; I have removed and
reinstalled Activesync on my PC.

I can access my email off my Palm via OWA. I am not running SSL and have
unchecked that box. My OMA is configured for Mobile Devices and User
Initiated Sync.

I have run detect and repair on my outlook inbox and have run the Activesync
troubleshooter. Neither detected any problems.

Oh yeah, I can email out from my Palm but nothing will come in. It sees the
data but will not sync (you can see it counting the files as it tries to
sync).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark

Mark,

I just looked this up on PocketPC FAQ and found that it was related to the
certificate being used.

Check out the very last entry on this page:
http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/faqs/activesync/exchange_errors.php

Hopefully this will help.

Regards,
