 Are you using a Wireless Optical Desktop mouse?

It can be enable by end-tasking ehtray:
1. Right-click the taskbar and Click on Task Manager.
2. Click on Processes Tab.
3. Scroll-down untill you see ehtray.exe and click on it.
4. Press End Process.

I think I know why it's doing it.. It's an "on and off" switch for the
screensaver..
Which turns the screensaver on and off..
