I have a HP Z557. Until recently I was able to use my remote to change
channels. Suddenly I can't access live TV because of a "Set-top box error".

I looked in devices and found that my ehome receiver is not a detected
device.

I have tried to detect new hardware. It still isn't found.

I have also re-applied KB888795 and Update Rollup 2. Still no joy.

Of course my remote sensor, and my remote control do not work as the
receiver is not detected.

Any ideas what is wrong and how I can fix it?

Keith
