Hmmm... that could make an interesting program if one doesnt already exist.
You should also take into account the likes of yours & the linking pages
PageRank from Google.com. Each page gets a default PageRank of 1. It then
divides this between all the pages linked on its own page. Obviously good
website building technique and inbound links will raise your RageRank and
the PageRank of any pages you link too.
You should probably check the PageRank of all the pages on that site that
link to you, along with how many links are on those pages, then divide
PageRank by LinksAmount to get the value of the link it is sending you
(amount of PageRank).
Make sure the value of the link is either the same or more than yours...
otherwise you risk slipping DOWN the search-order in Google.com, etc by
having lowered your websites PageRank :¬/
