I sync my PPC with 4 pc's using sync manager which works well. However
sometimes something goes wrong and I end up deleting a whole pile of past
appointments.
(I have about 15 years of diary in the machines)
.Luckily I keep backups of the calendar.pst file in the pc's .
From time to time I have to import an old backup to get back deleted
appointments.
I now end up with a pile of duplicate appointments which are copied across
to the other pc's and pda upon syncing.
If I delete them, they often come back after syncing with one or other of
the pc's.
Therefore I wish to do the following.
Consolidate all of the backups into 1 pc and go thru the entire calendar
deleting duplicates so that I end up with 1 complete correct file on 1 PC.
How can I then extend this across to the other pc's and PDA so that I Have
this correct file on all machines ?
