All X series don't come with any CD drive, but you have to prepare an
external one or purchase the Ultrabay with optical drive module.
However, Thinkpad doesn't worry you about this, as you can use the
hotkey to re-install the Windows as factory default for you, the
source files are installed in an hidden partition in every Thinkpad.
It is the best option as you don't need to bring the drive with
additional weight during on the road for Windows recovery.
