how can I make our citrix and terminal servers not prompt users to change
their password or delay it to the last day or something alike?

Hello chriske911,

Configure password policy at domain level, you can set the period for the
password after that it has to be changed. Under Computer configuration>windows
settings>local policies>security options you can find "Prompt user to change
password before expiration", set it to the day number you like.

I don't want to change the policy at domain level
I only want to prevent users to be prompted to change their password each
time they start up a citrix application
since I have gathered all citrix and TS servers in 1 OU I was hoping there
was a policy that would disable the prompt all together
