how can i disable ip address from trying to connect on my windows server
2003. Now in events i can see that he is tring various account names but
till now always Failure Audit. (i hope i will find solution till he find
one).

Mindaugas,
Good question.
I guess I would ask is there a firewall in front of this box?
Do you have ISA installed on this server or any firewalling software?
Most of the time if you have a firewall in front you can block that ip (or
range if you want). With Windows 2003 server you also get ICF (Internet
Connection Firewall). If you turn this on you should be able to block
access to this server from external ip ranges.

Thank's i will try as you suggested (ICF).

At the moment we don't have any firewall software (or hardware) installed.
Do you thing we must install ISA (at the moment i know very little about
it)?

You could also look at the ipsec functioanlity as well. This can be configured
on the fly with netsh.
