 my young son has pushed buttons on the computer and now i cant change the
screen from a plain colour screen, i have all the icons on the screen, and
now would like to put a photo on it have had two friends try and solve it and
they are stumped as well

Allow Wallpaper/Background Changes

Line:142:right.
