i got bitten by a design issue with the expandable edit-text fields of PIE
(e.g. used to enter multi-line text in web forms).

the problem is simple:

after you have entered text in the expanded [i.e. full-screen] edit-text
field (possible dozens on lines of text, in the case of sending an email
using a web interface like gmail), if you accidentally hit CANCEL (right
soft-key), all the text that you have painfully entered is instantly lost!

there SHOULD be a confirmation in case the text-field CANCEL is pressed
after some text has been entered in the field! (confirmation not needed if
no text was entered of changed, of course!)

tonight i was really pissed when i lost all the text of email that took me
15 minute to write on the tiny thumb keyboard of the Motorola Q.

i hope MSFT will correct this design issue!
