a guest was trying to install a sonic player update (without my ok) which I
don't have or want, and everytime I sign in, I have to cancel, cancel, etc.,
before the installer will disappear. Can someone help?

This group is for issues with the Windows Media Center application, not
really related to your question, but if the app isn't listed in add/remove
programs to uninstall, I would go to sonics website, download and run their
installer, then uninstall from add/remove programs.
