Hi all,
I´m trying to convert a table to Pocket Access trough ActiveSync but I
always get this error:
option: 1 - Overwrite existing tables
option: 1 - Keep this database synchronized
terça-feira, 19 de Julho de 2005 18:28:41, Database transfer begun.
Copying table ARTIGOS
Processing indexes:
Index processing has been stopped. There are no more indexes
available.
One or more indexes could not be created.
Computing checksums for table ARTIGOS.
SQL: SELECT
`CODIGO`,`TIPO`,`TITULO`,`ETIMOLOGIA`,`TEXTO`,`REVISTO`,`ORDEM`,`SDABC`,`ORIGEM`
FROM `ARTIGOS`
Database file name is too long.
What can I do to make this work?
Thank you very much.

Please log in for more thread options Hello Dave,
I´m syncing with a Qtek s100 also known as I-mate Jam (Pocket PC). This
error is strange because it hasn´t anything to do with the database path
(being longer) neither with the database name. It only occurs when the table
Artigos is transfered. I have a feeling it isn´t being converted because it
has foreign keys and relations with other tables, and if it isn´t converted
in a certain order the relations brake. I tried to convert the tables in the
correct order, one by one, and now there is an error in the table Artigos:
"The application can´t access the file because it is being used by another
process". I´m sure this isn´t right because i´ve already reboot my computer,
i´ve changed computer, and it always says this error. Any help would be
appreciated. Thank you in advance.
ps: I´m using ActiveSync 4.0 because i´m developing an application with
Visual Studio 2005 beta2. Sorry for my english.
