No, it does not. But, what is important is the PAGE, not the site.
Again, if the PAGE is about how to make French bread, but the page title
is cats and dogs, it's not RELAVENT to the PAGE content.

Well algos change. Your best bet is to create each page by hand
individually.

Started writing a response to one of the later posts in this thread,
but got long so turned it into an article for one of my sites
