Hi Paul.
I like the new look site. But I was thinking that you might want to make the
hover text on links a bit less green, as it is hard to read the green on
black text.

What if, in the future, you decide to move the content column to the
right, and the fluff to the left? (Most sites seem to have the main
content on the right and menus on the left.) It will then be kind of
silly to have a <div> named "leftcell" on the right, and one called
"rightcell" on the left. And "logoright.jpg" showing on the left.

Use meaningful words, not locations, to describe your layout and markup.
"content" ... "fluff" or whatever.

I hope that huge picture of the network cable is just filler as it does
nothing to tell your story.

There is a horizontal scrollbar from about 1000px and smaller.

Web 2.0? <lol

What aspects of the nebulous web 2.0 are you incorporating?
There is no clear separation between the main menu items. They run
together. Only the :hover makes it clear where the boundaries are.
The text in the footer bar is almost invisible.
Why the Acrobat Reader link? Oh! For that almost invisible link.

My first impression was that the content on the left was intentionally
sized for PDA screens, about 300px in width. So clever! Then I shrunk the
viewport to 300px.

I took inspiration from this guide:

Fixed

The sites not designed for PDA screens, due to the large graphics. I had to
make a judgment call, and after looking at my server stats, not one hit from
a mobile device.
