That's a great question.
I haven't seen any such site, but it would be useful certainly to know
the qualitative characteristics--be they the type of traffic seen on
the wire, or the known methods of C&C communication that suggests a
given botnet. I believe those metrics are probably more
stable/definitive of a given botnet, whereas I suspect the infection
vector and suite of changes a bot client would do to a given computer
would vary a bit more.
is _something_ but doesn't do any such characterization.
