I have a problem that someone is bugging me from icq, person is in
invisible mode so I can't realy se the he/she is online. Is here enyway to
find out his/hers ip number so I could report to me ISP abuse departmen?
the icq number have changet several time so I cant just keep blocking all
the numbers :P
eny ideas how to stop it is very wellcome!

futility whilst there is a free and easy registration system, you will have
to look at other options.
How about creating a new account, and only advertising your new ICQ UIN# to
people you would like to interact with? This is certainly easier than
tracking their ip.. although if you were hell bent on that path, then try
using a 3rd party ICQ app which displays their ip address .. I think
Trillian use to do that although I am not sure if it still has that
