The Trusted Computing Group (TCG) and Microsoft Corp released a new
specification: the IF-TNCCS-SOH of the TNC architecture.
This protocol ensures the interoperability of TCG's Trusted Network
Connect (TNC) architecture and Microsoft=AE Network Access Protection
(NAP) for network access control (NAC). -> Customers can use NAP
products in TNC-protected networks and TNC products in NAP-protected
There exists TNC-Clients for Windows (NAP client) and some commercial
agents supporting Linux and Mac OS. My questions is: Are there some
efforts to implement a agent (TNC-Client) by the community for linux
apple for mac os x which can be installed with Linux/Mac by default?
