My computer registry is not working correctly, therefore It will not allow me
to install my antivirus. It is giving an error message "cannot load COMMAND.
system halted" and then it says end program. What can I do to be able to
install antivirus?

This group is for issues with the Windows Media Center application, I would
suggest reposting to the general group of what ever version of Windows your
using, or contact the support people for what ever anti virus app your
using.

Sounds like you already have a virus on your system that is preventing the
installation of your new AV program. Have you also tried running the
installation program from Safe Mode?
The Registry is not a program, it is a data file so it is not something that
can "not work correctly"
