Are you wanting to close only those ports? or is your objective
to have NetBios based activity limited to the one NIC ?
You can use IPsec in a filtering mode to block communications
on just the selected ports on a per IP basis (i.e. those of one NIC).
If you are using the W2k3 firewall you can control inbound visibility
of those ports by only having the exception defined for one card.
If the last alterniative is your objective, in the properties on the NIC
you can uncheck Microsoft Network Client and the File and Print.
Depending on your usage and what MS may have patched, if you
remove MS Network Client from one NIC and you are using the
W2k3 firewall then you may have problems with remote login, such
as with a terminal services / remote desktop login until the Network
Client is enabled on both NICs. You can however have File and
Print not bound with, AFAIK, no ill effects.
