is possible to change the owner of file or directory? (win2k or win 2003)

if yes, how can do that?

In both you can use command line tools such as the RK tool subinacl but I
find the free program fileacl or xcacls.vbs much easier to use. For Windows
2003 you can also do it via the Explorer GUI in security/advanced -
ner. --- Steve
