I do this using DVDShrink for copying my DVD's to a dedicated server on my
MCE Network and the My Movies plug-in for MCE2005. I have a dedicated Media
Server running XP and 3 MCE 2005 boxes in the house. Works perfectly.
Find them at:
http://www.dvdshrink.org/
http://www.mymovies.name/
Also, be sure to download the My Movies Multizone PDF to help you set it up
around the house:

These 2 programs have allowed me to copy about 40 of my DVD's to date and
the interface withing MCE is fantastic. Best of all, both ar FREE- but
donations to the guys are welcome.
If you have any questions, post them here and I can probably help you out.
