Hi Ashish.
Don't expect a sensible reply mate, I've been here for a day and all I
can see is petty squabbling. It's really sad. There's no FAQ for the
group either. Better asking elsewhere I think.

Flash is pretty much invisible to SEs.
So use flash by all means - but use it as part of a well seo'd site, not
alone. Flash 'splash' pages are a serious deterent to repeat visitors, and
all 'flash' sites need a 'skip' link for those who get bored easily.
Further, since flash became to medium of choice for advertisers, some people
block flash. Depending on your niche, this can be a problem - but is not
for most sites.
In general, flash is a useful tool, and i reckon within a year or two, there
will be ways of making it SE-visible (eg a flash equivalent of ALT text (who
knows?). SEs cannot 'see' current flash files.
