Hello,

I have calculated 100% MCP home ranges with the animal movement
extension for arc view 3,2.
Now I whish to calculate overlaps between the single homeranges for each
individual animal, but the only possible way I found so far is via the
analysis menue and there the feature: "tabulate areas". Is this the
right way? However, when I "overlap" one animal with its own homerange
the area is slightely bigger than its calculated MCP! How and why does
this happen?
Thank's for any help!
cheers, kathrin
