Did you reset the date and time zone when you had hard reset? And activesync
has the direction of syncing in its settings? If you are syncing from the
ppc to outlook then it is doing what you have it set to do.
It's a good job you can make backups for theses times isn't it? You did have
a backup? If not consider as a reminder to do regular backups .....
